The registry has been removed but it didn't clear up storage. For context: I've installed RDR2 for a pirated website then i uninstalled it, the uninstall was completed but the registry was still there and also the storage didn't clear up. The same is happening with GTA V too. I tried reinstalling then uninstalling it again but it created a new registry and now i have 2 GTA registries. From which one is a ghost app and other one is working. 250+ GB of my 470 Gb ssd space is taken up by these non existing files. PLEASE HELP!!!

this is not a fix for games that requires sounds to know where people are, what he does is he combines the 2 channels L/R into one, which in turn causes right sounds to play in both ears L & R and left sounds to play in L & R. This is a fix for basically any other scenario tho.
